We offer Heritage breed pasture raised pork, supplemented with all non-GMO grains and minerals.

Heritage breed hogs like Red Wattle, Hereford, Tamworth and Berkshire are known for their hardiness, foraging activity, and marbling of meat which makes them tastier. Despite their slower growth rate, these hogs adapt well to a wide range of climates, making them a great choice for pasture raising.

Heritage pork is exceptionally tender and juicy with a rich taste and texture preferred by many chefs. We offer pork by the half or whole.
